第七屆的台北國際當代藝術雙年展《台北雙年展2010》，預定於2010年9月7日盛大展出。本屆由伊朗籍的提爾達‧佐赫德以及台灣的林宏璋共同策劃，計共24組參展藝術家、38件作品，其中20件為委託創作之新作品，類型多元含錄像、裝置、表演、語音、觀念、行為事件、空間規劃等。
本屆雙年展規劃一連串的密集活動與事件，以及開放民眾親身參與藝術創作的產生，各藝術家目前已先後來台籌備、製作，展場佈展作業已進入最後階段，部分聯動空間活動也將與本周末起展開，在開幕當天館內外將進行三件現場製作的作品與工作坊，希望動員整個城市的藝術活力。
北美館特於9月7日(二)下午二時，於一樓展場作品「Google辦公室」內舉行開幕記者會，敬邀媒體到場指導！

TFAM Invitation to Press Conference
《TAIPEI BIENNIAL 2010》Grand Opening

The 7th Taipei international contemporary arts biennial《TAIPEI BIENNIAL 2010》is going to celebrate the grand opening on the 7th of September. TB10 is co-curated by Tirdad Zolghadr and Hong John Lin. Total 24 artists and groups are invited. They have proposed 38 works, and 20 among them are commissioned by TB10. Works cover a variety of presentations, including video, installation, performance, audio, concept, and space design.

Besides exhibitions, TB10 also organizes series of activities and events, as well as opportunities for public participation to be in part of arts production. Artists have arrived Taipei and started their installation or on-site works. Some arts spaces in collaboration with TB10 are launching their activities from this weekend. On the opening day, three different events and a workshop will be taken place in the museum and other venue. TFAM expects to generate the enthusiasm of arts from the museum, then expand to the whole urban area.

TFAM will hold a opening press conference at 〈Google Office〉, 1F, on the Tuesday of September, 7th. You are cordially invited!
