Singapore famous chefs and performance group will come to Taiwan

The Grand Hotel, together with the Singapore Tourism Board, presents a “Singapore Food Festival” in the Grand Hotel “Grand Garden Restaurant” and “Lobby Lounge” at the time from 8, May to 17, May 2009. We are delighted to have invited several famous chefs from the Singapore Chefs Association to Taiwan to prepare authentic signature Singapore dishes for you.

Singapore’s food offers a wide selection of cuisine and counts many Asian influences including Indian, Chinese and Malay to create uniquely Singaporean dishes. The exchange between Grand Hotel and Singapore’s chefs promises a gastronomic feast of classic Singaporean dishes. In addition, enjoy the famous live performances from “ASPIRE DANCE COMPANY－Apsara Asia” during this special promotion.

Famous Singapore dishes to be featured will include Bak Kut Teh（spiced pork rib soup）, Char Kuay Teow（fried broad noodle）, chili crab, nonya style Laksa, mee rebus（Malaysia braised noodle）, traditional Satay, Singapore Rojak（fruit salad）, etc., and famous dessert Ice Kachang, and will guarantee you an unforgettable dining experience.
