TAIEX Decreases by Approximately 1.38% this Week, while the Total Market Capitalization of the TWSE-listed Stocks Reached 25.01 trillion NTD.

According to the statistics of TWSE, TAIEX closed at 8,554.31 on October 30, 2015, down 119.50 from last week's (October 23, 2015) 8,673.81, a decrease of approximately 1.38%. The FTSE TWSE Taiwan 50 Index closed at 6,274.14, down 123.77 from last week's 6,397.91, a decrease of approximately 1.93%. The Formosa Index closed at 9,904.78, down 121.70 from last week's 10,026.48, a decrease of approximately 1.21%.

The total trading value for year-to-date on the TWSE market was 18.86 trillion NTD.

The total market capitalization of the TWSE-listed Stocks amounted to 25.01 trillion NTD at the end of this week.
